Terms of service

Summary: MarketPaid lets members earn rewards by viewing sponsor advertisements, leveling up with BP (bonus points), claiming daily earnings, referring others, and optionally purchasing banner advertising. Earnings are not guaranteed. Withdrawals are reviewed manually. Abuse of the ad or referral system may result in account suspension and loss of balances.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing MarketPaid, creating an account, clicking advertisements, claiming earnings, purchasing ad packs, or requesting a withdrawal, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our platform rules shown in your dashboard. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

We may publish additional guidelines (ad policies, support rules, level tables). Those guidelines are incorporated into these terms by reference.

2. Definitions

• PTC (paid-to-click): A program where members view sponsor ads for a minimum viewing time and may receive rewards according to program rules.
• BP (bonus points): Points earned through activity on the platform. BP determines your membership level and may be consumed when daily earnings are distributed, as described in your dashboard.
• Level: A tier linked to a BP range that sets your daily earnings rate and related benefits.
• Daily earnings: The amount you may claim per day based on your level, subject to viewing requirements and administrator distribution schedules.
• Balance: The USD-denominated amount shown in your account that may be used for withdrawals or eligible purchases, subject to these terms.
• Ad pack / banner: Advertising inventory members may purchase to promote a URL or offer to other users.
• Withdrawal: A request to pay out part of your balance through a supported payment method.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and use MarketPaid.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current registration information and keep it updated.
• Maintain only one account per person unless we give written permission for more.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Use the service only where it is lawful for you to do so.

We may refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations, fraud risk, or legal compliance.

4. Nature of the service

MarketPaid is an online rewards and advertising platform. It is not a bank, investment product, employment relationship, or guaranteed income opportunity.

• We do not promise any specific earnings, payout frequency, or return on time spent viewing ads.
• Advertiser availability, payout rates, level requirements, and program rules may change at any time.
• Displayed balances are platform credits until a withdrawal is approved and paid.
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

5. Paid-to-click program rules

5.1 Viewing advertisements

Members may view up to 10 sponsor advertisements per day as shown in the dashboard. Each view must remain active for at least 10 seconds (or the duration shown at claim time) before credit is granted.

You must view ads personally, with ordinary human attention, in a normal web browser session. Automated viewing, background tabs used only to farm timers, or any attempt to bypass viewing requirements is prohibited.

5.2 BP, levels, and daily earnings

BP and level progression are governed by the level table published on the site. Higher levels may increase your daily earnings rate. Daily earnings are typically split into claimable portions according to dashboard rules.

Earnings may only become available after an administrator distribution cycle. Until distribution occurs, amounts shown may be informational or pending. We may adjust, withhold, or reverse credits that were granted in error or through abuse.

5.3 No manipulation

The following are strictly forbidden in connection with PTC activity:

• Bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, or browser extensions that automate ad views or claims.
• Click fraud, self-clicking of your own banners, or coordinated invalid traffic.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or device farms primarily to evade detection or multiply rewards.
• Exploiting bugs, timers, or server errors to claim unearned BP or balances.

6. Account balances & adjustments

Your balance reflects platform accounting only. We may debit or credit your account to correct mistakes, chargebacks, refunds, referral reversals, or fraud investigations.

Bonus promotions, contests, or manual adjustments may include expiry dates or extra conditions shown at the time they are granted.

7. Deposits & advertising

Members may purchase banner packs or advertising credits using approved deposit methods. All purchases are subject to the prices and packages shown at checkout.

• Ad content must be legal, honest, and suitable for a general audience. No malware, phishing, hate, adult, or deceptive offers.
• We may reject, pause, or remove ads without refund if they violate policy or create risk to members or the platform.
• Banner impressions and clicks are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee traffic quality, conversions, or revenue for advertisers.
• Advertising fees are generally non-refundable once delivery has started, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Referral program

If you refer new members using your referral link or code, commissions may be paid according to the referral rates shown on the site. Referral rewards apply only to qualifying activity from genuine, unique users.

Prohibited referral practices include:

• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or referring users you control.
• Spam, misleading ads, or false promises about guaranteed income.
• Incentivized sign-ups that violate our rules (paid-to-sign-up schemes, fake leads, etc.).

We may claw back referral commissions and suspend accounts involved in referral abuse.

9. Withdrawals & payouts

Withdrawal requests are processed manually by our team. Supported methods, fees, and processing times are listed on the withdrawal page and may change without notice.

• The current minimum withdrawal amount is $5.000 unless otherwise stated on the site.
• You must provide a valid payout destination that belongs to you. We may request identity or activity verification before paying.
• We may delay, deny, or reverse withdrawals suspected of fraud, terms violations, or payment processor risk.
• Processing times vary by method and review queue. Stated times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Taxes, bank fees, or processor charges may apply and are your responsibility.

Once marked paid, a withdrawal is considered complete except in cases of proven error or chargeback.

10. Prohibited conduct

In addition to PTC-specific rules above, you may not:

• Harass staff, members, or advertisers.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the platform.
• Share accounts or sell accounts to third parties.
• Use the service for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Misrepresent your identity or payout details.

11. Suspension, termination & forfeiture

We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform. In serious cases of abuse or fraud, we may forfeit pending balances, referral commissions, and unpaid withdrawals to the extent permitted by law.

You may close your account by contacting support. Closure does not entitle you to payouts that were denied for valid policy reasons.

12. Intellectual property

The MarketPaid name, logo, site design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial participation as intended. You may not copy or resell platform access.

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. banner URLs, ticket messages) but grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

13. Privacy & data

We collect and process information necessary to operate a PTC platform, including account details, IP and device signals, ad view logs, transaction history, and support communications. This data is used for payments, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

Do not share your password. We will never ask for your password by email.

14. Third-party services

Payments may be processed through third-party gateways (e.g. crypto processors, e-wallets). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or errors caused by third parties.

15. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing on MarketPaid constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on amounts you receive.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketPaid and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50), except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MarketPaid, its owners, and staff from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the platform, your ad content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

18. Changes to the service & terms

We may modify features, earning rates, level tables, withdrawal methods, or these terms at any time. Material changes may be announced on the site or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

If you do not agree to updated terms, you must stop using the service and request closure of your account.

19. General provisions

• Entire agreement: These terms, together with dashboard rules and published policies, form the entire agreement between you and MarketPaid regarding the service.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce a rule does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: We may assign our rights under these terms. You may not assign your account without our consent.
